TASMANIA STATE NOMINATION VISA PROCESSING 2021-22

Migration Tasmania is currently assessing the remaining applications from 2021-22 Program Year with outcomes to be advised in due course. Although the new Application Gateway has not yet opened, the programme is still restricted.

VALIDITY OF CCL/NAATI SECOND LANGUAGE RESULTS NOW VALID FOR 5 YEARS FROM 9/08/2022

From the date of Issue, the CCL result or Credential Letter is valid for five years

2022-2023 Allocation of ACT Nomination Places

Skilled Nomination (subclass 190) visa: 800 places

Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491) visa: 1920 places

Remaining Allocation of ACT Nomination 2022-2023

Skilled Nomination (subclass 190) visa: 720 (pro rata 68 per month)

Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491) visa: 1805 (pro rata 170 per month)

UPDATE ON NT GSM NOMINATION APPLICATION 2022-23

The Northern territory has received an interim allocation of nomination under the skilled migration program. MigrationNT is receiving and assessing onshore nomination applications under the existing eligibility.

The applicants must comply with the NT nomination criteria and the Standard Home Affairs criteria while lodging your nomination application and throughout the application. The applicants must lodge their application as soon as they meet the eligibility criteria. If the applicants visa is expiring, it is advised that they seek professional advice.

Offshore applications remain closed. The date for reopening and eligibility criteria will be announced soon.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA: SKILLED & BUSINESS MIGRATION UPDATE

For the programme year 2022–2023, South Australia has received an interim allocation of nomination places from the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs. Skilled & Business Migration is working on finalising South Australia’s state nomination requirements for the 2022-23 program year, and information on the opening of the 2022-23 Skilled & Business Migration programs will be published on their website soon
