This attribute’s goal to recognize graduate programme employment offers received before study completion has been clarified by the following rewording:

These updated guidelines will take into account changes to the employment requirements. Beginning on October 4, 2022, all new MSA applications will be subject to the new guidelines.

You must comply with the programme guidelines specified in the updated Migration Skills Assessment Applicant Guidelines, dated August 2022, if you plan to submit an MSA application after that date.

Before submitting an application, please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed the applicable Guidelines and programme details on the TRA website (www.tradesrecognitionaustralia.gov.au).

These modifications won’t have an impact on applicants whose current MSA programme applications are waiting for a decision.
